Method of Procedure (MOP)
Follow these instructions for installing and configuring OCCAS:
Preinstallation
Follow these steps:
- Install Java 11
- The database preinstall package is not available for AWS Linux 2003; follow the manual process for creating the 'oracle' user
- Configure X11 on the AdminServer
- There is no local firewall in the AWS environment
Installation
Follow these steps:
- Use the GUI installation
Patching
Follow these steps:
- You can skip the prerequisites to determine the WebLogic and OCCAS versions; We are using OCCAS 8.1.0.0.0 and WLS 14.1.1.0.0.
- Download and install the latest WLS patches
- Download and install the latest OCCAS patches
Configuration
Follow these steps:
- Use the GUI configuration wizard to create the OCCAS domain
- Create the boot.properties files
- Start OCCAS from the command-line
Node Manager
Follow these steps:
- Create a Node Manager domain
- Add the previously created OCCAS domain to Node Manager
- Edit the Node Manager properties file
- Create machines and modify the servers via the AdminServer console
Startup Scripts
Follow these steps:
- Create the WebLogic startup script on the AdminServer
- Create the Node Manager startup scripts on all servers
Security
Follow these steps:
- Create a new identity keystore
- Load the Genesys certificates into
- Secure WebLogic
- Skip the steps: Securing Node Manager, Securing Coherence and Securing SIP
BLADE Installation
Follow these steps:
- Prerequisites
- Compilation
- Install the FSMAR
- Load the shared libraries
- Deploy the transfer application
